What is the check-in process?
Self check-in via a smart lock. The code is sent to you the day before arrival. Check-in from 15:00, checkout by 11:00.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. A deposit secures the booking; the balance is due before arrival.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to [##] days before arrival. After that, the deposit is non-refundable. Long-stay terms are agreed individually.
